AVS has worked in many board and conference rooms in the central Virginia area over the years:  This is the new 2021 Madison County romper room for governing officials.

AVS has done everything from installing TVs to internet, to sound systems to video conferencing systems. Here’s an example of a Madison County facility we did in 2021.  We installed a bunch of AV gear: 2 Screens, 2 projectors, 4 PA speakers, 1 PTZ camera, Rack Mixer and 12 desktop mics.

AVS used Episode gooseneck on/off conference mics, Draper electric drop down screens, and optoma projectors.

This picture shows the mixer for live room and internet audio conferencing and video switcher.  AVS like to use Blackmagic Atem Mini Pros for streaming solutions.  No- av racks aren’t normally white, but the architects for the project had them painted white.

AVS sells PTZ Optics 20x HD video streaming cameras.  We use video streaming cameras like this in churches, schools and board rooms all the time. Awesome cameras.
